prep.film is built by Neeltje van der Heijden and Hans van Helden. Neeltje is a post production supervisor on European co-productions and runs APostLab, the European post-production training programme. Hans led Production Solutions on Netflix's EMEA senior leadership team: post, VFX, music, and production technology across 20+ markets. Together we bring 50 years of experience in production, post, and VFX, which we've used to build the logic and formulas that drive this tool. The rates come from the actual European markets, built on industry best practices and validated with local professionals across Europe.
